🩰 HMF Stretch & Dance Class Guardian Supervision & Liability Policy At HMF, your child’s safety, joy, and growth are at the heart of every class. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all participants, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian remain with their child at all times during the class. Because our sessions are active and interactive, close supervision is essential to: Prevent accidental collisions between participants Provide immediate comfort, guidance, and encouragement Maintain a respectful and harmonious environment for all families Guardian Responsibility & Liability By participating in HMF’s Stretch & Dance classes, guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of themselves and any child(ren) in their care. In the event of an accident or injury — whether involving your child, yourself, or others — HMF and its instructors shall not be held liable. Guardians agree to hold HMF harmless for any injuries or incidents that occur during class, and accept full responsibility for any harm caused to others by themselves or the child(ren) they bring. To ensure a smooth flow of sessions and a calm, luxurious environment for all families, we kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following policy: Ticketed Entry & Time Commitment Your class booking is valid only for the time stated on your receipt at the time of purchase. Due to limited studio capacity and our commitment to personalized, uninterrupted experiences, entry is reserved exclusively for your registered session time. 📸 Photo & Media Release Consent By purchasing a ticket to HMF's Stretch & Dance class, you acknowledge and agree to the following: HMF may occasionally capture photos and/or short video clips during class sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, print materials, and other marketing content. By completing your ticket purchase, you grant HMF permission to use images or video footage that may include you and/or your child, without compensation, for promotional and advertising purposes.
